Brayden Schiff
Brayden specializes in acquisition and disposition of industrial product within Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods.
As an Urban Associate, Brayden uses his financial background to help clients make evidence-informed decisions. Brayden began his career at Cawley Chicago as an Office Broker/Research Analyst Intern in the summer of 2020. After graduating from the University of Mississippi in May of 2021 with a degree in Managerial Finance, he joined Cawley Chicago as a full-time Research Analyst. Working his way up from his research role to brokerage, Brayden is now a full-time Associate working closely with owners of commercial real estate to aid in maximizing their asset’s value. He specializes in acquisition and disposition of industrial product within Chicago’s diverse neighborhoods. Using an in-depth understanding of the neighborhood submarkets within the downtown market, he provides superb insight on property-specific valuations. Brayden was born and raised in Glen Ellyn, IL. He is a former Ontario Junior A hockey player in the CCHL and enjoys playing golf regularly in his spare time.
