ABOUT
Brandy and her team manage site-level operations, acquisitions, and dispositions. Prior to joining Cottonwood in 2015, she served as VP of Operations for Property Management at JIK Properties. She also worked for Pinnacle and AMS as a Regional VP, and with Alliance Residential as a Regional Property Manager. Brandy has managed garden style, mid-rise, high-rise, multiple class properties, development, and lease-ups. She graduated from Florida State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in business management and MBA with an emphasis in real estate and finance.
