Focusing on multifamily properties in South Florida, Brandon J. Rex has closed over 9,000 units including other commercial real estate product types totaling more than $940,000,000 in sales volume. Mr. Rex works with each client by understanding their goals and objectives. Through the marketing campaign, due diligence process, managing of escrow, and closing of the transaction Mr. Rex is committed to every detail of the process. Mr. Rex has been awarded three National Achievement Awards, one Chairman’s Club Award, and thirteen Sales Recognition Awards and is a Director in the National Multi Housing Group. Mr. Rex is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. He is married and has two children. He enjoys exercising, running, swimming, hiking and spending time with friends and family.
