Brandon is a member of SOIR, he focuses on listing, leasing and selling commercial properties. Consistently closing 55+ transactions a year, Langiewicz is one of the top producers in Colorado. In his first year of brokerage he was nominated for the SCCB Rookie of the Year. In his second year, he became one of the youngest partners at Hoff & Leigh Commercial Real Estate, opening an office in one of the most competitive markets in the country. Since founding and leading Hoff & Leigh Denver, the average listing to closed time for clients is less than 60 days on the market, putting the firm as a top performing listing brokerage in the Denver Market. Brandon is actively involved with mentoring, training and developing brokers. He takes pride in helping others discover their full potential, growing them into top producers. Brandon began his real estate career in the spring of 2013, leasing high end condo rentals. From there he found himself as a top producing new home sales agent for Richmond American Homes before becoming a member of Hoff & Leigh Commercial Real Estate. He advises his clients with extensive market knowledge, while using best of practice marketing and management techniques to maximize their properties cash flow and overall value. He is married the love of his life, Lisa. They enjoy spending time with family, friends, their daughter, and their French Bulldogs, Stitch and Rueben. Brandon is involved in the bodybuilding community and enjoys the challenges that accompany competing at a high level. Brandon earned his degree in Electrical Power Distribution before deciding real estate was his true passion.
