I am a third-generation hotelier and commercial real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry. My career began with hands-on hotel ownership and operations, eventually evolving into brokering successful transactions across Colorado and the surrounding region. Mentored by the late John Hazon, founder of Hazon Hospitality and widely known as the original “Motel Man” I developed a deep-rooted understanding of the hotel industry and built a career grounded in strategic thinking, operational excellence, and client-focused service. In recent years, I have personally sold over $20 million in commercial real estate, including hotel assets and investment properties. My background as both an owner and operator allows me to bring unique insight to every transaction. I’ve successfully completed complex, high value, and one of a kind deals that required creative problem-solving and deep industry knowledge. Now serving as an associate broker with eXp Realty, I’m licensed in both Colorado and Utah and specialize in hotel sales and commercial investment opportunities.
