Brandon Gorman

Brandon Gorman is Executive Vice President and co-lead of JLL’s Retail Canada where he and his team specialize in the lease-up and sale of mixed-use developments and high-street retail properties.  Based in Toronto, Brandon is regarded as one of Canada’s top retail brokerage professionals and has extensive high-street leasing and sales experience. A perennial top producer over his 17-year career, Brandon has represented some of the world’s best brands and most prestigious property owners, completing over 1,200 leases and sales in excess of $750M.  Prior to joining Canada’s largest retail platform in 2019, Brandon was the top retail broker in Canada at Cushman & Wakefield and co-founder of the urban retail practice at Ashlar Urban (acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in 2017).  Brandon earned a BBA from St. Francis Xavier University where he was a member of the top-ranked Men’s Varsity Basketball Team.
