Brandon DeGraff

Brandon DeGraff joined the Patrick Murphy group at Cushman & Wakefield in June of 2017. Prior to joining this Midtown Manhattan based team, Mr. DeGraff began his career as an Associate of the Cushman & Wakefield New Jersey offices in July of 2014. In his new role, Mr. DeGraff focuses on both landlord and tenant representation. Brandon’s passion and awareness of his client’s specific needs, along with deep market knowledge of both Manhattan and Northern New Jersey, sets him apart from other brokers. A former varsity golfer at Hamilton College, Brandon’s focus allows him to work quickly and creatively on his feet, adapting to ever-changing situations and challenges to deliver superior results to clients. With a background in Political Science, Mr. DeGraff brings a unique perspective to office brokerage. Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, he worked on numerous state-wide and national political campaigns, where he learned that persistence and dedication achieve the best results for constituents and clients alike. Furthermore, Brandon’s fluency in Spanish and improving Mandarin Chinese and Portuguese language skills display his commitment to properly communicating with all parties in a transaction. His focus on the task at hand, coupled with his genuine interest in understanding the perspectives of all parties, allow Mr. DeGraff to consistently yield results in favor of his clients’ interests.
