Brandon Carrillo specializes in the sale and leasing of Office and Industrial properties in the Los Angeles and Long Beach Markets. Mr. Carrillo has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience and his value add approach and strong work ethic have established his exceptional reputation in the industry. Mr. Carrillo joined Lee & Associates in their Long Beach Office in November 2009. His previous 4 years were spent at the Charles Dunn Company, where he was recognized as one of the company’s top performers. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Carrillo leased and sold properties with the Charles Dunn Company, where he routinely made it into Charles Dunn’s Top 10 Salesperson Rankings. Mr. Carrillo began his career at the Shin Gin Rui Corporation where he managed the sales and marketing administration functions for their property management and maintenance divisions. Mr. Carrillo represents Landlord/Seller and Tenant/Buyer clients in the Los Angeles and greater Long Beach market places. Throughout his career, he has helped clients with a variety of real estate advisory services, from tenant representation, acquisition, disposition to re-positioning of real estate assets.
