Brady has been active in the sales and leasing of industrial, office and retail properties in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas since 2005. From May 2015 through January 2019 focused on the leasing, management, and development of several of the best creative office concepts in Denver including INDUSTRY, Battery621, Forge970 and INDUSTRY RiNo Station. Brady was extensively involved in the strategic planning, finance, design, construction, marketing, and the operations of adaptive reuse creative office and industrial development projects. During his time with INDUSTRY, Brady completed and managed over 200 leases for over 200,000 SF of creative office space.
