Brady Titcomb

With more than 23 years of extensive real estate brokerage, research and advisory experience, Brady Titcomb’ s primary responsibility at JLL is to partner with clients to create, implement and successfully execute their office leasing and sales strategies. An unrelenting program of disciplined prospecting, extensive market research and a deep proficiency with real estate technology allows Brady to stay in front of market trends, quickly identify opportunities (or risks) and effectively advise clients towards meaningful business decisions. Prior to joining JLL in 2010, Brady Titcomb was an Account Executive with the Costar Group, the largest provider of commercial real estate information. Before that, he spent 8 years in brokerage at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, Inc. and Citi Habitats, Inc. in New York City. Additionally, Brady is a volunteer guitar teacher with Guitars not Guns, a non-profit that provides free guitars and group lesson to underserved youth through an 8-week curriculum.
