Brad is an advisory and transaction professional within CBRE’s occupier services group. Based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, he represents a variety of corporate occupiers from Fortune 500 companies to established nonprofit entities on a global basis. As an Executive Vice President, his primary responsibilities include consulting with occupiers on identifying, evaluating and executing a customized real estate strategy that aligns an organization’s business with its real estate needs. Brad is instrumental in the creation and implementation of strategic real estate initiatives that match the client's business goals and objectives. Significant clients include Walker & Dunlop, Booz Allen Hamilton, Host Hotels & Resorts, Digital Management, Inc. corporations and the American Heart Association, Sierra Club, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, American Hotel Lodging Association, and The American College of Radiology nonprofits, among others. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Brad joined CBRE in 2005 as a member of the highly acclaimed Wheel Program.
