He joined the group as a financial analyst in 2012 and was promoted to the position of Partner in 2016. In more than 5 years with the group, he has transacted on over 140 transactions for $500,000,000 and 4.5 million SF of commercial space. Bradley facilitates the day-to-day operations of the group, including brokerage, financial underwriting, asset valuation, books & records auditing, establishing marketing materials and campaigns, corporate compliance, government compliance and training new agents, among other tasks. In 2015 he was tapped by Marcus & Millichap to assist with developing a financial model for the firm’s proprietary valuation software which rolled out to high praise in early 2016. Bradley graduated from San Diego State University, earning a B.S. in Finance. Bradley was recently accepted into San Diego State’s Graduate MBA program and began attending the program in Spring 2018.
