Bradley Fulkerson

Bradley Fulkerson is Transwestern’s managing director of tenant advisory + workplace solutions and broker-of-record in the Southeast. In this role, Bradley provides leadership to the tenant advisory, general brokerage and Transaction Sciences platforms. As a founding partner of Transaction Sciences, he assists corporate clients with real estate strategy development and implementation, and serves as an integral part of improving, enhancing and advancing Transwestern in Atlanta and the Southeast. Bradley combines career experience in both development and brokerage to provide his clients with creative solutions to their real estate needs and unique value creation strategies. His expertise includes all aspects of site selection, lease negotiation and restructuring, building/site acquisition and development, financial analysis, and implementation of effective real estate strategies with proven results. Bradley has worked with leading companies in Atlanta and nationally, including The Atlanta Regional Commission, BellSouth (AT&T), Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors, CoStar Group, Invest Atlanta and WebMD. He has also provided portfolio strategy and transaction work for SunTrust Bank, Aaron Rents and The State of Georgia. Prior to joining Transwestern, Bradley was managing director, principal of Cassidy Turley and a top-producing broker and developer with Carter & Associates.
