Brad Benjamin is Vice President and Partner of CBRE’s National Net Lease Property Group (NLPG) and Retail Investment Sales team with CBRE based in Dallas, Texas. Brad joined CBRE as an Associate in 2014 as a part of the NLPG team, a select team of CBRE Capital Markets professionals that specialize in the sale, purchase and recapitalization of single tenant net leased properties throughout the country. His primary focus is to advise private individuals, developers, REITs, institutions, family offices and corporate users in all facets of net-leased properties and sale leaseback transactions. He plays an active role in the group’s property valuation, underwriting, financial analysis, market research and acquisition & disposition efforts. The team offers local expertise with a global reach, having listed and sold properties across the country with a primary focus on Texas properties.
