Brad founded Westbrook Real Estate in 2009 with the ambition to create an environment that is both client centered and partnership oriented. His approach has lead to multiple long-term tenant representation and developer relationships including Starbucks (68 transactions), Raving Brand (parent co. to Moe's Southwest Grill, +100 transactions) and Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint (35 transactions).
