Brad helps guide families and individuals through the process of buying and selling real estate. He is a full-time residential realtor® serving Dartmouth, Fairhaven and all the South Coast of MA and Buzzards Bay area. Brad is currently licensed in the state of MA and RI. The profession of being a realtor® allows Brad to help families realize the American Dream of home ownership. Improving the lives of his clients by helping them find a new home is a reward and feeling of accomplishment that he cherishes. Brad always puts his clients’ needs first and works hard to get them the best deal, whether it is buying or selling a home. Every client's real estate needs are unique and specific. Brad takes pride in himself by taking the time to sit down, to listen and learn about his clients’ real estate goals. This allows him, with the help of his team of experienced real estate professionals to deliver a complete and individualistic service plan to each of his clients. Brad strives to make the biggest financial decision of his clients lives stress free and rewarding. He always puts the client first and truly care about helping them. As a senior real estate specialist Brad recognizes that a home is often the largest and most precious asset that baby boomers and seniors have. Thus, he brings a unique approach to each transaction, since he takes the time to sit with his clients and look at the big picture, factoring in financial issues and current and future care needs, to ensure that each client arrives at the best decision about selling a property and finding a new home. Brad is fully aware of the financial and emotional challenges seniors face when they are thinking about selling a long-held family home and approach clients and family members with patience and empathy. Brad is happily married with 2 beautiful children. When he is not working Brad enjoys spending time with his family in the outdoors. Mike can be found hiking, camping, kayaking and volunteering in his free time. He enjoys giving back to the community as a town meeting representative for precinct 5, member of Town's Historical Commission and active member of the Dartmouth Rotary and longtime volunteer for Dartmouth Natural Resources Trust.
