Brad joined Lee & Associates of Illinois to provide his clients with local expertise and market leadership. Brad works tirelessly to find the best opportunities for his clients by focusing on their specific needs and risk factors. Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Brad spent 12 years as an owner/operator of multiple restaurant franchises in downtown Chicago and the surrounding areas. In addition, Brad has managed several multi-family apartments over the past 8 years. His managerial duties for residential apartments include tenant prospecting, facilitating capital improvements, and cost-benefit comparisons. Brad possesses the high-level experience and developed skillset needed to recognize opportunities and to create the greatest value for his clients. Brad currently focuses on representing the submarket of O’Hare and North DuPage to both end-users and investors.
