Brad Sheppard

As a Charleston resident since 1999, Brad is Partner, Chief Financial Officer at ZRP. Brad oversees day-to-day activities of the accounting team, budgeting, property and liability insurance coverage, preparation and filing tax returns, implementation of internal controls, human resources, and IT initiatives. Before his current position, Brad worked in international resort and real estate development with Kiawah Partners & Kiawah Management Group for over 15 years; starting as Staff Accountant and ending as Corporate Controller. While there, he was involved in the development and operations of multiple properties including Kiawah Island, Doonbeg Golf Club in Ireland, and Christophe Harbour in St. Kitts. In addition, Brad oversaw all financial and treasury initiatives, internal and external reporting, and operations management. Brad is a 2002 graduate of the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a 2004 graduate of the University of Charleston with a Master of Accountancy and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2005 by the State of South Carolina.
