Brad Schreiner

Brad Schreiner is the Director of Leasing and Sales for Batavia Enterprises, Inc. He manages and oversees the leasing and sales team, lease administration and marketing for our commercial real estate companies. Brad has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2004 with a focus on office and industrial space. He has been involved in over $55 million in sales transactions and has leased over 575,000 SF of commercial space. Prior to working in the commercial real estate market, Brad was involved in sales and sales management in the Institutional Cleaning Market selling products and equipment to universities, hospitals, hotels, industrial facilities, and more.
