Brad Ryan has an extensive back ground in tenant representation and strategic market planning. Brad’s experience on both the broker and tenant side of real estate allows him to better understand the needs of his clients. Brad currently represents and has successfully market planned the expansion of Whataburger, Chili’s, Carrabba’s, Bonefish, Flemings, and Outback Steakhouse. He also works with many local and chef driven restaurants in the Houston area. Brad also has background in storage development. He has developed over half a million square feet of Self Storage in the Houston area. This experience has allowed him to continue his development in the retail field. He is currently working on a premier retail development in the Sugar Land area at Hwy 59 and University. Prior to Capital Retail, Brad was a Real Estate Director at McDonald’s.
