Brad Nosan
Brad is a well-rounded commercial real estate professional with experience in brokerage, development, investments, and acquisitions.
Brad has worked in commercial real estate since 2012 and has extensive experience in the acquisition, brokerage, development, and management of commercial real estate projects. Starting as a commercial real estate broker with Newmark, he eventually shifted his focus to mixed-use redevelopment projects in Cleveland’s inner-ring neighborhoods. Brad joined Property Advisors in 2016 as a Vice President of Leasing & Acquisitions. His work focuses on the leasing of Property Advisors’ portfolio as well as sourcing new investment opportunities, closing on over $30 Million in assets since joining the firm. Brad received his undergraduate degree in Geography from DePaul University and did his Masters in Geography at Miami University. In his free time he enjoys playing bocce at the Cleveland Bocce Club, of which he is a founding member.
