ABOUT

Brad Megay joined the CBRE Philadelphia Multifamily Capital Markets Team in July of 2020. Since then, he has been involved directly in the sale of over 14,000 apartment units with an aggregate sale of $2.7 billion. In 2022, Brad earned the CBRE “Rising Star” award, given to the highest producing associate in the Philadelphia market. In 2023 he was honored by the Philadelphia Business Journal as one of Greater Philadelphia real estate's "Rising Stars" of the year. Brad graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in 2013, where he was a four-year member of the varsity football team. After graduation, he served in the United States Army for six years as an infantry officer with both the 101st Airborne Division and 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment. Brad deployed to Afghanistan multiple times for a total of 14 months. His awards and achievements include the Bronze Star Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Ranger Tab, Combat Infantryman Badge, and Expert Infantryman Badge. He separated from the Army with the rank of Captain.
