In 2006, I joined the Strategic Occupancy Solutions team at Newmark Knight as an associate specializing in corporate advisory services. In the Spring of 2009, the senior partner that I worked for at Newmark switched firms and took me with him to Jones Lang LaSalle. Due to the changing dynamics of our group as a result of the change, I grew more involved at a strategic level in advising my clients on acquiring, restructuring, and disposing of their real estate. I'm always actively finding, negotiating, and executing transactions for them in their quest to open new locations across the country. I navigate all aspects of these transactions, from finding prospective space, conducting building tours, creating proposals, building a strategy, negotiating business terms, and lease negotiations.
