Brad Kritzer

Bradley Kritzer is an Executive Vice President at Pegasus Investments, where he heads the firm’s institutional investment sales practice, with a focus on shopping center transactions, including equity and debt investments and net leased transactions. Prior to joining Pegasus Investments in 2012, Mr. Kritzer was the Regional Acquisitions Manager in New York at Equity One, Inc. (NYSE: EQY), a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) focusing on shopping centers, where he was responsible for all aspects of the acquisitions process in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and West Coast regions. During his tenure at Equity One, Mr. Kritzer was involved in large portfolio transactions, single property transactions, debt investments and joint venture activity. In addition, Mr. Kritzer managed the company’s Outparcel Disposition Program and handled the asset management of two joint venture portfolios, each with a well-recognized institutional partner. Mr. Kritzer received a B.S. in Business Administration, with a focus on Business Process Management and Operations Management, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in 2002.
