Brad Knop

Brad Knop is a Vice President in the Tampa office of JLL. Brad’s primary focus is providing strategic guidance to companies with national real estate portfolios. Brad helps clients use the workplace to create cost efficiencies, reduce annual spend, establish environments aligned with their corporate identity and increase employee satisfaction. Experience Brad is experienced with national corporate transaction management, which generates portfolio optimization, efficiencies and annual costs savings for his clients. He has worked with companies with needs ranging from a single location, to portfolios comprising more than 1.5 million square feet in leased and owned properties. Since 2010, Brad has been involved in nearly 140 lease and capital transactions nationally.
