Brad Kaufman

Brad Kaufman is a Vice President with CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services Group in San Antonio and exclusively represents Occupiers. Brad was recruited by CBRE in 2022 to expand the local and regional presence for the Occupier Solutions and Investment Sales groups. Brad assists a wide variety of companies with leasing and acquisition strategies, as well as disposition services. Brad has completed over 300 leasing and sales transactions totaling over 2.2 million square feet and $400 million in transactional value, throughout the greater San Antonio market. Prior to joining CBRE, Brad was a Vice President at Transwestern Commercial Real Estate Services in San Antonio.
