Brad Hawke

Brad has lived in the Southern Georgian Bay are most of his life, having lived and owned properties in Tay Township, Midland, and Penetang. He was raised in the Real Estate business, watching my father, Jim. Brad was eager to join the business and received my Real Estate Licence in 2007. He enjoys working with clients from many different walks of life, and at varying points of life; there is so much insight to gain through the different perspectives each client brings to every transaction. He believes in being an advocate for my clients, guiding them through the buying or selling process, which is for many, their largest investment. Throughout Brads career, he has been involved in a number of large renovations, which have broadened my knowledge and understanding of the components of a home as well as design. These skills help him navigate with buyers on what to look for beyond the cosmetics of a home and see the potential.
