Brad Goering

Brad Goering provides construction management for multi-family apartment and commercial tenant improvement projects. Goering’s more than 35 years of commercial and residential construction experience includes employment with three of Minnesota’s largest residential real estate development companies. In addition to a Minnesota, California and Wisconsin real estate license, Goering has earned numerous industry designations, is a Journeyman Fire Suppression Sprinkler Fitter, Local Union #669, and graduated from a four-year building trade’s apprenticeship program in 1984.
