Bradley Davis joined CBRE in 1989 and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Davis has been involved in the acquisition, disposition, and sale of over 7 million square feet of office space and several land sales with an aggregate value in excess of $1.5 billion. During the last 11 years, he has exclusively assisted corporate clients with the acquisition and disposition of their real estate throughout Northern Virginia, the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, as well as nationally. In addition to CBRE’s Corporate Services Group, Brad is a Practice Leader with CBRE’s Technology Practice Group (TPG), a CBRE specialty service where members assist clients with their technical/ mission critical real estate needs. His experience has proven instrumental to his clients in understanding current market conditions, disposition of excess real estate, and providing tenant representation services to the region’s most successful companies. In 2009, Brad was recognized as one of CBRE’s Top 100 Brokers nationwide.
