
Brad’s journey into commercial real estate began in 1998 after graduating from Illinois State University with a degree in Communications/Business. His background gave him a solid foundation for understanding both the interpersonal and financial aspects of the industry. Brad’s career path involved working with three different commercial real estate firms, handling complex challenges and building a strong and loyal clientele over time. Brad started working in the O’Hare industrial market for a local firm until 2004 when he helped open Brown Commercial Group where he built a deep understanding of the market. He remained there for 5 years before joining GC Realty and Development in 2009. Brad’s focus on the industrial outdoor storage market within the transportation and logistics sector has been a key part of his success. By carving out a niche in this specialized area, he has been able to build deeper relationships with clients who require storage solutions for large-scale operations. Brad has developed a strong reputation for understanding the unique challenges and needs of businesses of all types, especially when dealing with clients that have specific space, accessibility, and zoning requirements.
