Brad A. Belden is the President and Founder of Core Asset Services, LLC. Belden has been leasing and managing residential and commercial properties in Chicago since 2004 gaining experience in leasing, sales, maintenance and repair, construction management, budgeting and all other aspects of asset management. In January of 2011 Core Asset Services, LLC was founded and remains solely focused on the asset management of commercial and mixed-use. Core has become proficient in all areas of commercial real estate and includes such services as: leasing and sales, property management, construction management, receiverships and mortgagees in possession. Core services all types of commercial real estate including; retail, office, industrial, and multi-family. Core manages properties on behalf of third parties, banks (receiverships/mortgagees in possession/REO) and our own portfolio. Core is particularly focused on enhancing and maintaining property level fundamentals to maximize returns for all stakeholders.
