Boomer White

Boomer joined the CBRE Houston office in August of 2019 after getting his graduate degree at Texas A&M University in Real Estate Finance. Boomer primarily focuses on industrial assets, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. Along with leasing, he also has plenty experience on the buy/sell side with owners looking to acquire and dispose of both land and industrial assets. Boomer has experience with both local and national users which allows him to strategically cater to his clients depending on their immediate company structure. Boomer is married to his wife Whitney and the have a son (Cal) who was born in June of 2021. In his spare time, Boomer enjoys hunting, running, spending time with his family in College Station, and traveling to play new golf courses.
