Bobby Vermillion

Bobby Vermillion has been a Realtor and called Savannah home since 2012. After attending St Andrew’s University and The University of Virginia, graduating with a B.A. in Political Science, Bobby moved to Savannah. An enthusiastic believer in the opportunities the city offers to both businesses and residents alike. Bobby has bought, renovated, managed, and sold his own property all over the greater Savannah area. He received a grant for his work from the Historic Savannah Foundation. He most recently completed a two year renovation of his home in the Historic District. Earning him a second nomination for a HSF preservation award. Before Moving to Seabolt, Bobby was the Top Producing Commercial Agent and Vice President of Retail and F&B at his previous firm. Bobby has been a licensed agent for 10 years and worked exclusively in commercial for 7. He has worked with almost every type of commercial consumer over this time. He Became an Associate Broker in 2022 Bobby is an active member of the Savannah community. He is a member of The French Society of Savannah, The Oglethorpe Club, and The Savannah Yacht Club.
