Bobby Smith

Bobby has over 21 years of professional real estate experieince, with heavy emphasis on office, warehouse, and light industrial properties. Bobby was responsible for starting the sales and leasing department for the developer of the Industriplex, one of the most successful office/warehouse/industrial developments in the state. Bobby has extensive knowledge of pre-engineered construction, and has completed the Armco School of Steel Estimating, a program devoted to pre-engineered construction techniques and costs. A multi-million dollar producer for the past 10 years, Bobby joined Latter & Blum in late 1995. He was awarded the CCIM designation in June of 1996.
