Bobby Schiavone serves as the vice president of multifamily investment sales for Northmarq's Louisville office, where his focus and expertise lead the efforts in the states of Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. Specializing in multifamily transactions throughout the Midwest, he is responsible for business development, leading valuation and strategic analysis on acquisitions and dispositions, sales negotiation and transaction execution. Before joining Northmarq, Bobby was a managing director at Triad Real Estate Partners, where he opened and ran the Louisville, Kentucky, office and successfully closed deals totaling more than $300 million. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, managing his investment properties, staying active and spending time with family and friends.
