Bobby Rich, Managing Partner of Jahnrich Commercial Real Estate, has a 20 year track record of being recognized as one of the top commercial real estate investment advisors in the Sacramento region. Throughout his career, Bobby’s attention has always been focused exclusively on investment sales and development site selection throughout Northern California. He is known for his attention to detail, a proactive business approach and outside the box deal making skills. Taking a particularly unique approach to the business, Bobby also has a keen interest in the building industry and construction. In addition to being a licensed commercial real estate broker, Bobby is proud to be a licensed general contractor in the state of California. With his general contractors license he stays up to date on building trends, energy efficiency models, new material releases as well as all building related information, which is constantly changing. Having expert knowledge in these two areas of the industry have proven to give him the upper hand when analyzing commercial investments. Bobby grew up in South Sacramento, went to college at Sacramento State and currently lives in the Sierra Oaks neighborhood with his wife and two children, Jack and Madeline.
