Bobby Mills

Bobby Mills joined GREA as Managing Director in August 2025 to spearhead the firm’s expansion in the St. Louis metropolitan area and across the Midwest. With a proven track record of success in multifamily investment sales, Bobby specializes in both private capital and institutional transactions. Over the course of his career, Mills has been directly involved in more than $2 billion of multifamily transactions, totaling over 25,000 units. Prior to joining GREA, Mills served as a Senior Director of Investment Sales in the St. Louis office of Berkadia, where he quickly emerged as one of the Midwest’s top producers. During his time at Berkadia, the St. Louis Investment Sales Team sold more apartments in the St. Louis MSA than nearly all its competitors combined (source: CoStar). Before Berkadia, he was the lead multifamily broker at Cushman & Wakefield’s St. Louis office and began his career as a Financial Analyst on the firm’s Capital Markets Team. Mills holds both a B.S. in Accounting and Finance and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
