Bobby Dillard

Bobby Dillard is the CEO & CO-Chief Investment Officer for Blue Yonder Property Group, a real estate investment sponsor established in 2023. Bobby has spent his entire 22-year career in real estate investment business in Texas, with firms located in Austin and Dallas. His prior twelve fruitful years were spent leading Cielo Property Group as CEO, BYPG is the next act for the real estate investment veteran. His experience is all-encompassing: from acquisition, financing, development and investment. In his tenure, Bobby has been integrally involved in the acquisition and completion of 50+ projects totaling 5 million square feet and comprising multiple product types and multiple markets. Bobby is a 7th generation Texan, his family dating as far back as his relative that fought in the Alamo. Bobby is also a rare Austin native, he graduated from Westlake High School and earned his BA in Economics and MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He serves on the Executive Council for University of Texas McCombs Real Estate Finance and Investment Center. He also serves in the UDMUC Gold product council for Urban Land Institute.
