Bobby Bakhchi

Mr. Bakhchi founded Hybrid Capital in 2005. Since then, he has negotiated in excess of two billion dollars in real estate transactions on behalf of some of the largest and most sophisticated real estate owners and developers in the industry. Prior to 2005, Mr. Bakhchi practiced law, representing institutions as well as individuals in connection with the financing, acquisition and divestitures of commercial real estate. Mr. Bakhchi received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law and is admitted as an attorney to the Bar of the State of New York.
