Bob Vance

Robert Vance is a Senior Vice President of Agency Leasing and Tenant Representation for JLL's East Bay properties including Vineyard Business Park in Livermore and Plaza San Ramon in San Ramon. Bob also works with corporate users of real estate in the East Bay, including acquisitions as well as dispositions. Corporate clients include Bank of America, MasterCard, MetLife, AON, Cisco Systems, Kaiser Permanente, McDonalds Corporation, and Blue Cross. During his more than 29 years specializing in the I-680 corridor market, Bob has managed leasing transactions totaling approximately 60 million square feet as well as asset disposition and valuations. Prior to joining JLL, Bob was Associate Vice President with the Galbreath Company's East Bay office, where he specialized in the leasing and sale of office property primarily in Contra Costa County, and Southern Alameda. Bob is active in the community with various organizations, a Board member of the Lafayette Lacrosse Association, a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and he is also a current member of BOMA. Mr. Vance lives in Lafayette, California with his wife, Farrel, and three children, Nathan, Nora and Calvin.
