Bob has been in the single-tenant business for 30 years and has transacted more than $1.5 billion of investment properties in 45 states. He has extensive experience with multiple property types, including retail/restaurants, corporate headquarters/office, industrial/distribution, and medical. The expertise and perspective he’s gained, through many real estate cycles, on tenant credit, leases, location, and negotiation are of significant value to his clients when making investment or disposition decisions. While Bob is adept at using current technology to assist in marketing and transacting deals, he believes that client relationships and a commitment to providing accurate and reliable information are critically important to effective brokerage. Bob began his career at Damon Raike and Company in San Francisco, where he was a top producer for many years. Subsequently, Bob was the National Director of Trammel Crow Company’s Net Lease Investment Group, a Senior Vice President with Battery Commercial in San Francisco, and founder of Magnolia Capital, his own single-tenant investment company.
