Bob Shahlaie graduated from CSU Sacramento in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing. He joined TRI and formed a Retail Team with his partner, Nate Giwoff, after working as part of a Top Rated Retail Team at CB Richard Ellis. Bob’s excellent communication skills allows him to understand and meet the needs of both Landlords and Tenants. His experience includes retail properties, quasi office use and investments; property management, leasing and sales throughout Northern California. He also has expertise in small business consultation, lease renewals and business plans.
