Bob Perdue

Robert ’Bob’ Perdue, MAI, is a principal in this firm and has been appraising in the Inland Empire and North San Diego area since 1978. His appraisal assignments have included numerous eminent domain projects, full and partial acquisitions, agricultural properties, income-producing properties, and other significant and complex assignments. He has appraised all property types from individual homes, regional shopping centers, master-planned communities and freeway expansion projects. His current work focuses on difficult and complex valuation and consulting assignments, along with litigation support. Bob has extensive deposition and trial testimony experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Diego State University, the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in California. He is also an active member of the Appraisal Institute and the International Right-of-Way Association and candidate for Senior Right-of-Way Designation and a member of the California Farm Bureau.
