Bob specializes in two areas of our company’s service lines: brokering and managing commercial properties for our clients. In the brokerage division, he primarily specializes in representing owners of office and medical office properties, from both a leasing and sales standpoint. He also works with select buyers and tenants on their behalf to locate property for them. In the property management division he works daily with our property management staff, which has grown into one of the largest third-party management companies in the greater Charleston area. Our primary focus is office, medical office, and retail properties, but we have also carved out a niche of managing commercial property owner associations where each space in a building is owned by different owners, which means there is a master deed, a set of by-laws, a board of directors, and thus a more complicated framework in managing the affairs of the owners. Bob has worked diligently to assemble the best team of commercial real estate professionals in our industry, from our agents and our property managers to our backstage support team; our people are what truly set us apart from our competition.
