Mr. Kraynak is an Executive Vice President of Advisory & Transaction Services, specializing in the representation of both landlords and tenants in the Central Business District and SoMa submarkets of downtown San Francisco. Mr. Kraynak represents tenants across a spectrum of business sectors, including technology, media, entertainment, financial services, insurance, law, and non-profit. His agency representation practice has included assignments with MetLife, CIM Group, CalPers, Prudential, UBS, Westfield, Toda, Pell Development and many others. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Kraynak served as an Executive Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a consistent top performer and member of the company’s elite Chairman’s Circle. He began his commercial real estate career as a leasing broker at CBRE’s downtown San Francisco office in 1994.???
