Bob Jaekel joined Block and Company in August 2017 as a Sales Associate specializing in the sale of vacant land, pad sites, as well as the sale and leasing of industrial properties. Prior to joining Block, Bob worked as a Right of Way Agent representing several major utility companies in negotiating easements, purchase, and settlement of damages for Electric Transmission, Wind, and Solar Projects in Missouri and Illinois. Bob is a long-time resident of the Kansas City area with a background in the Construction Industry as a project manager and estimator for many site work, underground utility, and demolition projects. As an owner and property manager of several single and multi-family residential properties, Bob has several years experience of buying, selling, and managing property.
