Bob’s early successes include representing the first three Albuquerque Walmart Supercenters, which were anchors for his successful leasing efforts of Towne Park Plaza, a 50-acre Power Center; Sycamore Plaza, a 26-acre neighborhood center; and a 14-acre Walmart Supercenter. Concurrent to these benchmark shopping centers, Bob brought Staples, Dick’s Sporting Goods, DSW, CVS, Dave & Buster’s, Panera Bread, Harbor Freight, Home Depot and Lowe’s Home Improvement Centers, amongst others, to New Mexico, and has represented many across the country. Most recently, Bob was instrumental in bringing Amazon’s one million square foot facility to Los Lunas, New Mexico, and he currently represents one of the largest master-planned logistic parks in the U.S., Rancho Del Rey Logistics Park, a 235 acre, 4 million square foot industrial park in El Paso, TX.
