Bob Elliott
Bob Elliott is a real estate development professional with over 23 years of experience. He serves as president of Noon Development. In his role at Noon Development, Bob’s responsibilities include managing client relationships and directing the firm's new business development strategies and resources. Additionally, he oversees all aspects of real estate development for the company on a variety of commercial and residential projects. Prior to joining Noon Development, Bob spent five years at The Hutton Company as Vice President of Real Estate, Development and Construction, where he managed over $500 million in projects and 100 employees. Prior to working at Hutton, Bob spent 10 years with CBL & Associates as a Development Manager for large retail projects and five years as Project Manager for EMJ Construction, where he managed the construction of large retail projects. Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Tennessee and his Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga.
