Bob Deininger

Bob Deininger joined CPI in 2010 and brings with him over 30 years experience in commercial real estate. Throughout his career, Bob has consistently been recognized as a top producing sales agent and an outstanding representative of his clients. He has achieved a high level of success including the completion of over 350 transactions for a value of over $250 million and a annual average sale amount of approximately $50 million. He has completed over 40 BTS/ Design Build user projects plus 8 ground-up industrial parks; buildings and lot programs and/or office parks with aggregate land consisting of more than 400 acres. His ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment has made him a valuable asset to CPI and his clients alike. He works closely with his clients and offers them the benefit of sophisticated analytical abilities and a commitment to provide high quality and quick responsiveness. Outside of these endeavors, Bob also served on the Board of Directors for the Flagstaff Alpine Ski Club.
