Bob has been in Commercial Real Estate in the Jacksonville & N.E. Florida market since 1997. Bob obtained his Brokers license in 2002 and opened Guardian Commercial is 2005. Prior to Commercial Real Estate he spent nearly 30 years in the Automotive Aftermarket in various positions from Manager of Retail facilities to Regional Manager covering the southeast and managing multi million dollar accounts.
